Terrible experience. We stayed for over 10 days, until we left the face scan doesn’t work or no one has cared to do it. We sent all information to the hotel before we lived in. Charlie doesn’t give a damn about customers. No one to assist you. You get on the gate and stand out for long and the door is either not working.

Charlie doesn’t give a damn about customers. No one to assist you. You get on the gate and stand out for long and the door is either not working. The room is very small and noisy. Outside the window is a bus line. The window glass is paper thin. Noisy day and night. I won’t recommend and will never pass by this hotel.

Managers at Charlie did not send me the front door's password and the apartment's PIN in my arrival. I have been moved to a new apartment due to bathroom's mold, cleaning problems, and lack of a coffee machine in the unit. Internet was oscillating during basically all my meetings. The street the building is in is very noisy and holds busy traffic due to a school in the corner. There are similar places in São Paulo with better units and management.

It was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and everything was working as expected: shower, hot water, AC, lights, fixtures, etc.

There was just a smell coming from the bathroom pipes that was a little discomforting. But other than that everything was fine.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, specially the bed. There are lots of kitchen utensils as well.

It doesn't have a car park, which is bad, and there aren't many places to eat around it either.
