Ótima acomodação, quartos amplos e bem equipados. A localização é boa, tem algumas opções de comércio próximo. Tive apenas alguns probleminhas ao chegar no flat, pois a senha que me passaram para o acesso à portaria estava incorreta e o sinal de internet no quarto é bem fraco.

Excelente apartamento, conforto de hotel e excelente comunicação. O local é muito seguro também

terrible service! this is a completely remote self check-in if you are planning to have a quick checkin or even a late check-in you may be in trouble as they take forever to reply to you and actually give you access to the flat by assign you with a passcode. I had several issues and the only way to contact Charlie’s team is through an automated WhatsApp service that takes forever to reply. if you don’t reply in 5 mins when they answer you they will close the ticket and you will have to write again and wait forever until they reply. I had a room with a broken windows and blinder asked this to be fixed and the room replaced and in spite of the number of times I complained they never actually bother to reply. my room was dark during the day. I also got locked out late in the middle of the night I had to wait outside for a long time as nobody as actually answered. Terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend at all. there is not cleaning service included or minibar.
