Very impressive decor

There is black mould in the bathroom ceiling. The extra blanket was not even folded. The room is dusty. Ceiling is peeling. Bedside light did not work. Ice machine had no ice.

There’s mold, a lot, on the walls above the bathtub. The carpets are dirty. The internet was slow. The shower water was good, and the mattress was comfortable. The young girl at the front desk was okay, but other two ladies were rude: they didn’t even return our greetings! This is our first time staying at this hotel, and the last time too!

over-priced,room was dusty, construction, roads were blocked off, everything was closed.

It was such a bad experience at the hotel. It was like a truly frustrating and unpleasant stay. It's completely unacceptable to deal with issues like a lack of an elevator, poor maintenance, and a dirty, moldy bathroom. I deserve better than that. I’m so disappointed and I'll never return.

I fell as walking out door due to unstable area. Twisted ankle.

The hotel was so beautiful. It was older place with character. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The restaurant was great too!

This hotel was a disgrace of a stay. We stayed for 3 days and other than the price, everything was pretty terrible. The check in was very unfriendly staff. I asked what year the hotel was built and the front desk receptionist didn’t even know the basic history of a beautiful historic hotel that they work in. It’s 1896 based on a quick google search. In the 3 nights that we stayed we didn’t have our room tidied up once! Even though we put the door sign on to to do so! Using 3 day old towels is disgusting. On the third night we ran out of toilet paper and had to call the front desk to bring us this basic. No conditioner in the bathroom, just two shampoos. On the final check out day, we decided to go for breakfast. We came back to our room at 10:30 to find out the room was wide opened. I didn’t check out yet! This disregard for private property inside the room is appalling. I’m all for staying in small historic places but the management of this place is grossly inadequate. Dirty and dusty carpets throughout the property and inside the suite. No properr ventilation in the bathrooms. The air conditioner worked but the display was broken which made it hard to navigate the unit. The bedding is flimsy spring mattress which was very uncomfortable with 3 different types of pillows that are mismatched (one of the pillows was long in a queen pillow case) The sheets are low quality and very itchy. And the comforter is covered by bottom and top sheet which seemed to not washed.

Great location, so so service, had to remind housekeeping to clean the room even with the sign on the door.
