Lift was not working for one day
MYMy booking was apparently cancelled by the Treebo Trend Eco Stay 2-3 days before my stay. The kept sending me a reminder to pay up, where I had difficulty to pay (and expected the amount to be deducted from my credit card). When I went there was told my booking was not there. Arriving at 12 midnight, was told a room was still available and had to pay up full amount on cash. Also, the same amount has been deducted from my debit card (and reflected as "pending"transaction). Hence, difficult for foreigners to make a booking. Water in the room (shower) was murky (dark brown in colour). No choice had to take shower. Breakfast was served only at 8.20 to 8.35am (in stages). Generally on other hotels from 7 am onwards

INRoom is ok for a work stay , they should improve cleanliness

When I reserved the room through booking.com, it says pay at the property but after a day, few days before my stay at the hotel, I received numerous messages asking me to pay deposit otherwise the room reservation will be cancelled, despite the fact that I called the reception that I will stay and pay at the hotel, this is really unprofessional and very annoying.
