MUDidn't get room on arrival as staff said we had no booking. We even showed that we already paid half of our stay there and informed hotel at what time we would reach there but they refused to give us our room. They also told us that we will have to wait till noon to check in at the hotel. this was a very bad experience and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Above all Hotel said that we didn't check in. When we tried to contact them on their phone number given the call was immediately disconnected. When refund was requested on email provided by them no reply from property till now.

INLocation was great. Seamless check-in. Clean rooms, and entry ambience was fine.
Air conditioning took a time to start and cool the room. Staff was neutral, and not very friendly and polite as was mentioned in some of the earlier reviews that was given. But they were not rude. Just neutral.

Fan regulator not working and very noisy. Small cockroach laying on bed and wall.
