La Maison des Lofts - Par les Lofts Vieux-Quebec

Très bel appartement et super bien équipé! Toute la vaisselle dont nous pouvions avoir besoin dans la cuisine était disponible, nous avions beaucoup de serviettes de disponibles dans les salles de bain, la literie était de qualité et les lits très confortables. L’appartement était également très propre et super bien situé pour visiter la ville, tout à distance de marche.

Nous avons eu certains problèmes avec des détecteurs de fumée qui bipaient sans cesse mais l’administration a été très rapide à envoyer du personnel pour vérifier et corriger le tout.

The location was excellent, with many restaurants to choose from on the same block and a grocery store right down the street. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and roomy. The code was sent to us by email so we didn’t need to pick up any keys, although an earlier check-in would have been appreciated

I read in previous reviews that the place was well stocked. We didn’t find this to be true. There were no coffee filters or coffee, laundry detergent, even the salt grinder was empty. The volume on the TV did not work, so that was difficult to use. Also, instructions on the hot tub would have been helpful. We couldn’t get it above 83 degrees F, so weren’t really able to use that

This place was amazing! Highly recommend staying if it’s open for your dates. The house is very spacious and beautifully refinished with modern finishes while maintaining the original charm. It’s a short walk to Old Quebec but has plenty of cafes/restaurants immediately outside of the property as well.

Large space. Very clean and the facilities were excellent. Location suited us perfectly very near restaurants, a gym and a large supermarket. Very good communication and easy to access as you receive the code a couple of hours before your check in time.

It’s worth realising the extend of the homeless issue in that part of Quebec. There was never any concern nor a feeling it was unsafe and so it wasn’t something we didn’t like but may influence other people.

It was very beautiful and spacious! Groceries half a block away.

It was missing small conveniences like cooking oil, napkins, paper towels, dish towels, spices. Aldo the bar across the street was very loud all night.

The unit was very nice and clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the linen was very nice.

We were not given the code until late. The host did not answer our email until late and did not provide all the information requested, ie parking. When we phoned because we did not get an answer to our email, we were told that there was parking with the unit. When we got there we found out there was no parking and it took us a while to find some. Although the unit was otherwise clean, the garbage in the kitchen was full.

A beautifully appointed property — perfect for families visiting Quebec City.
