Two problems for us. First it advertises it has a gym - on arrival they told us it had been taken down. Second you cant use the spa unless you pay 62 euros each for either a morning or afternoon session.

Schönes Hotel - wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal im Piajo. Leider sind die Angestellten an der Reception nicht sonderlich freundlich. Im Restaurant hingegen ist das Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent & aufmerksam. Das Essen am Abend immer wieder was besonderes & auf hohem Niveau. Der Wellnessbereich in Höhe von 60€ pro Person ist unverschämt. Im Sommer 2022 war der Eintritt noch 30€ pro Person.

"Alles Tip Top - nur kein Spa Hotel"

Hotel lag oben hoch mit einer super Aussicht. Zimmer war sehr schön modern und sauber. Leider hatten wir drei mal Käfer im Zimmer. Frühstück war ok, leider musste man für Eierspeisen, ausser Rüerei, separat Zahlen. Restaurant Abendessen fantastisch, Preislich in Ordnung. Parkplatz inkl. Spa musste extra gezahlt werden, 62 Euro für drei Stunde !!!!!! Hunde kein Problem.

"Staff and environment is a 10, but…"

Thought this was a spa-“Relax Hotel” as the tag implies. Use of pool, spa facilities cost extra and they are rigid about times when you can purchase usage. Water was extra cost, worst meat we’ve had in Italy ( though we were comped one meal) and the air conditioning kept us up all night malfunctioning with noise turning on and off.

"Belle façade "

Hôtel très jolie mais le service reste moyen Problème de clim dans les chambres ( des que l on sortait de la chambre la clim se bloquait et il fallait passer par la réception ) Hôtel isolé donc rien à faire autour sinon utiliser la piscine de l hôtel mais qui est facture plus de 50 euros par jour et par personne….totalement prohibitif pour le service proposé

Flotte omgivelser, men svømmingpoolen er en del af wellness og kostede 58 € pr. Pers. Det synes vi ikke fremgik af beskrivelsen af hotellet. Det var meget skuffende.
