Phi Hotel Piajo

Loved the hotel so much, we are coming by next year as well.

Needs a lot of help in the wellness department, felt very short of what I expected

Siamo arrivati con leggero anticipo e la camera era già pronta. Pulizia impeccabile, peesonale qualificato e molto cortese, struttura straordinaria e comoda. Molto silenziosa, contornata dal verde. Ottima la colazione, con una ampia scelta di yogurt, frutta fresca e secca, succhi di frutta cuvéé, bacche di gojii e molto molto altro ancora. Temperatura interna ideale, letti comodissimi e panorama dalla junior suite con vasca idromassaggio parzialmente a vista.

Everything was perfect if you want a romantic place to relax. Staff was great, service high class. Rooms are cosy, food is great and location of the hotel is exceptional. We will be back in December, i really want to see this place in winter time!

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht. Es stellte sich zeraus, dass der Pool ein Teil des Wellnessbereichs war und nur für 50€ pro person für 3 Stunden dazu gebucht werden konnte. Das war den Preis allerdings nicht wert. Weiterhin ließ sich die Musik und das Licht auf dem Balkon nicht abschalten. Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel aber die Preis leistung stimmte bei uns leider nicht. Auch als man das Personal auf das Missverständniss hinwies kam keine Antwort. Sehr enttäuschend.
