Tout était parfait, le personnel était aux petits soins, le restaurant très bon à prix corrects. La chambre très propre et bonne literie. Le personnel vient vous chercher en buggy car pour vous amener au restaurant ou à la salle de sport. Tout est fait pour que le client se sente bien.

Il y a un service de bus qui vous emmène tous les jours à 12h à deux destinations (hidden hills et Lake, tour d’environ 1h) c’est noté que ceci est gratuit mais arrivé sur place il faut payer une entrée de 150’000 par personne et 30’000 pour le lac. Il aurait été bien d’informer sur les tarifs avant le départ (surtout qu’il faut payer en cash)

Elevate Bali Resirt is true to its name , situated high in the mountains near Munduk in the north of Bali . Though quite a large resort , the individual villas are reasonably remote from each , and offer privacy . The ground/villa staff are always courteous and happy (if a little too ‘schooled’ for quests) in typical Balinese style , and this continues throughout the general resort . Breakfast is one of the highlights here , generous and generally good quality with good service , which is included in the room rate .

What could have been better? Location, although beautiful in many ways , is also in quite an isolated part of Bali , so getting out from the resort requires hiring a driver (resort provided, with the associated price premium) , and there are no walking trails around to explore further, Be aware of the conversion rate when booking any of the Spa services , the prices are ‘abbreviated’ and not always clear 😉 . These things aside , it can be a nice place just to take time out and reset for those with busy lives ; the only other comment is we requested a late checkout as we had an evening departing flight, however, even the the resort was certainly not fully occupied , our request could not be fulfilled.

Compared to other places in Bali, service quality is lower. Pools are not heated, which in this climate means cold swimming.

Peut être chauffer un poil plus la piscine, l'hôtel est situé en montagne donc il fait frais

Personnel très gentil, poli, l’écoute et très serviable. Repas à la carte très bon. Vue magnifique et belle chambre.

Le déjeuner est le seul point négatif de cet hôtel

Die Villen sind schön, aber nicht perfekt, und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick bis zum Meer. Es ist eine wirklich traumhafte Anlage.

Leider war die Lage doch recht abseits, so dass man für alle Aktivitäten ein gutes Stück fahren muss. Allerdings war das Essen - vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen - mit Abstand das schlechteste, das wir in Bali hatten. Da man kaum kurzfristig Alternativen hat (wegen der Lage) ist das mehr als schade und hatten wir von so einem Haus nicht erwartet.
