Wow...wow...wow.... Speechless. After a 3 hour drive in darkness, visibilty was just about 2-3 meters because of the fog..it was all worth it. Best resort I had been in Bali. The villa was superb...service was outstanding!!! Breakfast was delicious and the view is breathtaking... must come back again.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo l’attenzione e la cura ai dettagli che questo hotel riserva ai suoi ospiti. Il ristorante dell’hotel ci ha conquistati, sia con la colazione ricca e varia che con la cena squisita. Il miglior piatto assaggiato è stato il risotto ai funghi, davvero eccellente e preparato con grande maestria. Lo staff si è dimostrato attento e premuroso in ogni momento, sapendo anche del mio compleanno imminente: il giorno prima della partenza ho trovato alla colazione una fetta di torta inaspettata, un gesto che mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolato. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi cerca un’accoglienza attenta e calorosa.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great views!

It is simply not a 5-star resort. Dirty towels, linens and strange odors everywhere. Facilities not professionally maintained. Terrible food and drinks. This hotel seriously needs a more professional management.
