Un peu trop excentré, et la chambre du rez de chaussée face au mur

ルームキーの受取と返却時しか会うことはなかったが２人とも笑顔で感じが良かった 他の方も書いていたがホテルへの道へはセキュリティの方がある場所を通らなければならないので一人でも安心できる キッチン専用洗剤もあるし、冷蔵庫も大きく、レンジも使いやすい ホテル周辺は本当に静か　隣の家の犬が道路に２匹寝ていたが毎日お昼寝していてかわいい

ホテル紹介には大人専用と記載があったので子供の宿泊者はいないと思っていたが違っていた　朝方や夜遅くに廊下で歌を歌ったりしていた子供がいてびっくりした・・・大人専用と記載する意味はなんでしょうか？ ホテル周辺はとても静かですがほかの部屋の椅子を引く音やドアの開閉音、エレベーターの上下する音がびっくりするほど大きくて1日中何かの音がうるさい

Very comfortable room

Its in a private housing compound and really quiet, no noise from pub or partying neighbours. Its also next to the river and provides a good place for a brisk walk

Not much

Exceptional service from the staff, before arriving we were greeted with a whatsapp message with instructions and directions for the accomodation in english. The compound is nestled in a nice neighbourhood with a small green space out by the steps. The service team were very warm and always with a smile. They even helped with showing us how to use the washing machines, and gave a quick tour around the compound as well. Special mention for Hoang who always made sure that we had everything we needed, especially helping with our requests with a sincere step. Wifi is available throughout the compound and the area is in a quiet neighbourhood as wel which is great for light sleepersl. Everything was kept clean by the team and rooms were serviced every two days. This place is a little gem, i will be sure to return for our next business trip.

Not really a dislike but more for improvement in the future, maybe have a mix of pillow firmness in the room as the two provided were both soft.

Banging noise at 8am due to maintenance, seemed to be from the roof.

Cozy room. Friendly staff. Outstanding balcony. Lovely rooftop. Quiet alley.

Small towels were not provided when I first came. Room preparation could be improved.
