Nice building in safe area within a gated community. There are guards at the gate 24x7. The gate is pulled at mid-night however they will open for guests. It has nice view to the 81 Landmark, with community facilities available at the park, quiet and calm area to stay. Room is clean, bath room is new and very clean, kitchen is very new and clean, room services is helpful. Shared laundry area is busy however very handy, if you cannot wait I would recommend sending to a laundry service in the local market nearby at a low cost. The staff is helpful and available when called (using the hot line number).

While we stay there was a storm and somehow water sips into the aircon only when it was pouring, might be from a crack? That was gone by itself the next day.
