This Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The outside lights at night beaming through the windows was very minimal.

Clean, safe and a comfortable place to stay! All the employees were kind and professional.

Staff not helpful seemed disinterested in being there

It was an amazing stay. Everything was nice and clean. The room was nice and spacious.

It was close to where I needed to be and one staff member was very nice and helpful her name was nancy

Everything else I had to ask for house keeping we were there for 8 days I asked it didn't get done when I asked again I was kind if dismissed and handed some sheets my child got hurt and when I asked for a bandaid that night I was given one but the next morning he needed one more and I was told they don't do that I asked for a manager and was told to leave my info they would call me so I did the manager called my room at 11pm and woke my sleeping husband and child and was very nasty saying if we have a problem take it up with Hilton it's not job to handle guest complaints so I did and guess what nothing happened shocker the only person who seemed to care about the guests was Nancy if i had to stay there again she would be the only person I would interact with she's professional courteous kindvandvcaring

The beds are hard and lumpy the pillows are bags of cement no hot water in the shower people screaming in the hall at 3am and the desk did nothing having said that I like home2suites have stayed at dozens of them across the country and had a great stay but this hotel is poorly ran this hotel has standards like good sheets and very nice beds but not in Burleson hotel has not been kept up over time everything is worn out
