Excellent facility!

Soup to nuts this was a very good experience. Parking all around building, hot and fresh breakfast, spacious rooms and attentive service. Nestled among other hotels, its walking distance to Chili’s Cracker Barrel and other good restaurants

Toilet didn’t work. Staff fixed it.

Receptionist were very nice and friendly & breakfast was decent.

Room had a weird smell & breakfast didn’t start until 1 hr after start time, due to low staff

Rooms were nice and large and clean. Lobby was nice and clean. Wished there was a restaurant and/or a bar but thay was my fault for not seeing it when i made the reservation. Only real complaint is we were supposed to get maid service every other day and didnt get it at all. When husband asked the maid in the hallway for towels and washcloths, she didnt speak english, which is no big deal but was told they didnt have any washcloths. We were there for my daughters wedding so we had several rooms and everyone said the same. No maid service and no washcloths.

There was an issue with my rooms being ready. We were transferring rooms from a previous night and I was told rooms would be ready at 8am due to us being in town for a family wedding. I double checked the day before and he said yes they will be ready. Again I checked the night before when I got in town, he said yes. At 8am the next morning I went to check into my rooms and the man at front desk said they were not available. He said it was a busy night and they can’t do early checkin. I explained I had confirmed it and he told me I can pay for a larger room and check in at 1pm. I was beyond upset and he wouldn’t give me anymore info. Also he refused to give me his name or managers name or info so I could contact them about the issue. I will never stay here or any other location. The bride and myself and another guest had no option for a room on wedding day to check into and get ready. Horrible communication and the man at front desk was not helpful or understanding.
