Central Belfast Apartments: University Street

Very neat, clean & comfortable & the service was good .

I noticed the two light in the kitchen was same height with our height, I think that should be raised up a little bit and also the light in the second bedroom was hitting our head because it was very close to the bed You can look into that for safety reasons

Central location, quiet area, had everything we needed.

Whilst the surrounding area of the botanics and university is very attractive and lovely, university street is not.

Smell through the whole place especially in the kitchen/lounge and bathroom was terrible Cushions on the couch smelt disgusting and were sodden in freezebeez to try mask the smell so were soaking wet we couldnt use them The grey chair in the lounge had stains on it The toilet was not fixed to the floor so everytime u sat down it moved The cutlery drawer was filthy and so were the plates and glasses I had to wash them all and clean the cupboards out they were disgusting The pillows in the bigger room were the worst I’ve ever had in a rental so lumpy The tv’s in the bedrooms were just for show these did not work The surrounding area was to the apartment was terrible most of the buildings were derelict untidy run down and unsightly terrible area which did not feel safe we moved out half way through our trip and found somewhere safer WiFi was shocking it didn’t work considering the building is 3 stories high there are no visible fire extinguishers in whole building . There was no escape details on fire routes in the event of a fire.
