A bottle of wine and 4 bags of crisps were left out for us which I thought was a very kind gesture.

Thought 10 o clock was a little early for check out and it was the first time I had to pay a deposit but I can how sometimes people can damage the property and this covers that.On the whole it was fabulous 👌

Great location, easy access, very clean, good value

There was an alarm beeping in the entrance foyer , not exceptionally loud, but annoying. I sent an email to the contact to report , however cannot confirm it was delivered . We did see the power box was opened so assumed someone was aware and fixing the issue, however it continued throughout the next night .

Nice modern finishes, it had everything you needed and was within walking distance to the city centre and botanic gardens

"Lovely apartment and well equipped"

Very comfortable and ideal location for exploring the city with lots of shops nearby. The facilities were great with the TVs being a nice bonus! Very handy to have use of the washing machine too. It was a perfect apartment for a short holiday for us.

The only issue we had was that the property could have been cleaner. The bedding had marks on it so didn’t seem clean and there was dirty laundry still in the washing machine. There was a fair amount of cobwebs around the property, crumbs on the sofa when we arrived, and the bin and freezer hadn’t been cleaned properly. This didn’t negatively impact our stay, we still had a lovely stay but this is something we wanted to feedback just for future guests staying there.

Location and the size of the property. Great that it had a washing machine.

WiFi issues - could not connect. Office staff super friendly and helpful within hours but could not be contacted outside of hours.

Loved it all..spotlessly clean..beds first class...everything on hand...booking arrangements easy to follow...🙂

Very slight suggestion...couch in living area luvly but maybe think of one a wee bit comfier ...I am 64...like my comfort 😆
