Central Belfast Apartments: University Street

The apartment was spotless & in a great location with excellent public transport so no need for a car.

What I liked most about this property was that it truly felt like a home away from home. After a long day of touring, it was wonderful to come back, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and relax. The living room and both bedrooms each had a TV, which was a great bonus for us since we all enjoy watching before bed. The location was perfect — central, close to shops and bus stops. Everything in the house looked new, clean, and well maintained. For the price we paid, it was excellent value for money.

The only small challenge was that our apartment was on the second floor, and since we were traveling with two seniors, they found the stairs a bit difficult at times. Guests who may have mobility concerns might want to request a lower-floor unit when booking. That said, this was only a minor issue for us, and overall our stay was absolutely wonderful — we would happily come back again.

It was a great location and quiet street but near train station for the golf, could walk into city centre and nice pubs and cafes nearby. Would recommend to my friends and family if they were staying in Belfast. The staff were really helpful from the admin staff to the cleaner. The welcome crisps and wine was a lovely touch especially after our long journey

The only issue was having to put out our own rubbish. It was odd especially as we were really careful and only put recyclables into the bin. the stairs (which were hard after a long day!) but easy to put up with but that’s the nature of the property. And wouldn’t take away from our experience or likelihood of staying again
