Please note that Hotel Elbiente can not be reached by car. Guests arriving by car are advised to park on the other side of the River Elbe and take the ferry, which runs daily from 05:00 until 00:00. Guests arriving by car should enter Kurort Rathen Train Station into their satellite navigation system. Guests are welcome to opt out of room cleaning and a towel change.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. אהבנו את מיקום המלון וסביבתו

צוות המלון לא דוברי אנגלית ולא היה שום הסבר באנגלית בחדרים כך שהתיקשורת ביננו (היינו 3 זוגות 6 אנשים לא דוברי גרמנית) לצוות המלון הייתה מינימלית עד אפסית. ארוחת הערב ברמה נמוכה בטעם ובמגוון. אחרי הארוחה הראשונה ביקשנו לבטלה לשלושת הימים הבאים וסרבו אמרו שאי אפשר לבטל לשאר הערבים כי זאת חבילה סגורה. בארוחות בוקר וערב אין קינוחים (עוגות/עוגיות וכו). אין ניקוי חדרים יומי, היה ניקוי אחד בלבד. נייר טואלט גס. אין פינת ישיבה "לובי" במלון ואין דלפק קבלה מאוייש. לסיכום מלון שמתהדר ב 4 כוכבים ולנו הרגיש ונראה כ 2 כוכבים מקסימום.

Kein Fachpersonal vor Ort. Wer Persönliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Frühstück und Abendessen karg. Zimmer waren i O. Ausnahme Fernseher. Das Hotel war vor einiger Zeit schon viel besser. Service wie Reinigung nur digital. Man hält nicht annähernd was auf der WEB dargeboten wird.
