A heaven in Margate s historic center. Beautiful, relaxing. Great tea, comfy bed. Very nice host. Paul pays attention to details, you feel welcome.

Very quiet and peaceful, well kept and in a very central location! I loved the sound of the fish pond at night, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the different ranges of teas and coffees available.

We only had 1 issue which was the shower trap was clogged with hair and caused the water to back up in the shower tray. But other than that the room was beautifully clean

Location to the Old Town was excellent. Quaint with all the necessities

Paul was the perfect host, helpful informative, and made the stay very pleasurable. Would recommend without hesitation.

It was very clean, easy to find, the selection of teas and the real coffee was amazing and the heated towel rail was great.

Although located in a car park, car parking was chargeable by the hour from 7am-10pm; there was no option re breakfast and no food at all was available, nor was there a fridge or any plates, knives etc. Welcoming biscuits would have been nice with the option of non soya milk and perhaps some suggestions of where to eat. Also, there was only a very small bin and as the room wasn’t serviced we had nowhere to put rubbish.

Amazing studio room. Very comfortable & really friendly host. We loved it :-)

The location was good. there was no breakfast provded.

The bed was comfortable but creaky. There was a microwave and kettle but no toaster or hob.
