וילה נעימה. נקייה, נוף מרהיב. בריכה מחוממת פתוחה עד 23:00 , כיף כאשר יורד גשם בלילות. גשר היהלום זו חוויה, ערוץ הנחל נעים וכיף.

למקום יש פוטנציאל גדול. עדיין לא ממומש. לקחנו וילה, נעימה, לא גדולה במיוחד. נקייה מאוד. הגענו עם שני מתבגרים. בקומה למעלה בתוך חדר הורים יש מיטה אחת נוספת, וספה נוספת בקומה למטה. כך שילד אחד ישן ביחד עם ההורים.. בחדר יש מקרר קטן, קפה ותה. אין מיקרו בחדר. זרם המים במקלחת משתנה תוך כדי גם מתחלפים המים מחם לקר.. לגבי המתקנים, חלקם עדיין לא עובדים, אכזבה. חלקם בתשלום גם אם אתם אורחי המלון. יש עדיין מה לשפר . היתה הפסקת חשמל של יותר מחצי שעה בכל הריזורט, כנראה שאין גנרטור גיבוי. אין הופעות בערב. אין כל כך מה לעשות בערב למעט הבריכה. לא בטוחה ששווה את סכום השהייה. אולי בעתיד כאשר ימשיכו לשפץ ולהתאים יהיה שווה.

Nahe an der Attraktion, gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Der Sitzplatz lag direkt an der Strasse, was ungemütlich ist. Die Terrassentür liess sich nicht richtig schliessen. Da die Erklärung unklar war, irrten wir umher, bis wir das Restaurant fanden. In der Nacht ist es im Zimmer wegen der Aussenlampen sehr hell.

Stunning location and surroundings

Even though property appears new, rooms are a bit worn out and falling apart in bathrooms in particular. For money would be good to have coffee machine in the room and much better coffee at the breakfast. Rest of food was very good though.

מתקן אטרקציה מגלשות אבובים . סכנת נפשות. לא בטיחותי. לא לעלות. אין הוראות בטיחות ואין הנחיות של הצוות שלא יודע מילה באנגלית בכל השירותים במלון אין מידע ברור מה כלול ומה לא כלול. אפשרויות קולניריות מוגבלות מאוד

All details were designed beautifully and for comfort. Great nature, views and good for challenging walks and rest.

The locker boxes in Spa area did not have handles: once shut can not be opened, need to struggle to open. The shower in the Spa area does not have hooks or other solutions to hang your things at the shower: need to put your things on the floor and hope water does not get to it. No hotel store for simple things like sunblock, toothpaste etc Can not buy any snacks in the hotel. The restaurant is not in the building and need to walk to the restaurant on the road as no dedicated walkway is designed ,

Cottage mit Blick auf die Brücke. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön.

Parkplatz nicht am Haus. Canyon zu Fuss nach 19:00 nicht möglich, da eingezäunt.
