It was an amazing resort and would definitely book again.

I strongly believe the place is a paradise, and that the quality of the infrastructure you have put in place is amazing, but is important that you take care of the details and ensuring even if you have just opened everything is working properly. The facilities are amazing, the rooms are superb, the service is very good

1. Internet was not working, worked for 10-20mins and then it stops working, all the stay was like that 2. there was massive noise from the construction, would be good for us as guests to know in advance that the chalets are close to the construction 3. The phone was not working, therefore we were not able to order ourselves room service, someone came to fix the phone, I asked not to do it now as I was resting and someone else came again… instead of bringing me the menu that was what I was Ali g for the beginning 4. The food arrived in plastic bags, not properly served or preserved, being honest it’s ok to pay a premium in a hotel like 45 for a burger but at least you should expect food is properly laid out 5. The bus service to take guests down to the watefalls was not working, would have been good to have the service offered

Hotel staff members were very helpful in any possible way

Cell phone reception is not good sometimes

Such an easy operation, the hotel had high vacancy and they did not hesitate to upgrade to a Villa with an amazing view of the diamond bridge. Staff, Room, Service, Breakfast .. all amazing
