Very unique hotel, all was just perfect. The service and staff were top, our villa had great facilities, beakfast also diverse. But the most amazing was the pool, very clean and spacious, all brand new, with 2 saunas and 1 hammam, jaccuzzi. Overall our stay was super pleasant.

The property located in sightseeing location. Accommodation was great. Staff was very polite. Villas have everything you need like in the 4* hotels even more. Parking also have a lot space, guests can also park their cars near villas.

The restaurant located near the property has poor menu I think they can extend it filling it with Georgian tasty and national food.

The location and concept are fantastic, blending stunning natural scenery with impressive human-made structures. This is a place you shouldn’t miss. The hotel is large and offers both rooms and cottages. We stayed in a spacious cottage, but since it had recently opened, there were a few minor issues—like difficulty regulating the shower temperature. It was slightly cold at first, but when we requested, they adjusted it. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and the restaurant was nice.

The road is very, very tiring and dangerous during the night. The restaurant and the swimming pool were closed, due to crowding, as they said. Mostly it was the Israelis who we saw using the restaurant (the hotel is Israeli, by the way)
