"Lovely, convenient property - noisy floor let it down."

laminate flooring throughout - really creaky/noisy. Any more than one night would have been really annoying.

Lovely apartment fully kitted out and comfortable. Only negative is there are a lot of steps to the Shakespeare apartment!

"Brilliant location, could do with better cleaning."

The location is excellent, the rooms are large and well equipped. The terrace was a nice extra.

The cleaning wasn’t great. The toilet in the master en suite was dirty, there were cobwebs by the curtains and the bed heads had dust on them. The tap in the kitchen has green stuff round the spout. A shame as the rooms were gorgeous and tastefully decorated.
