It would be nice if they had a coffee shop and food but there is one nearby.

I love it all. Its a nice hotel actually also cheap.We'll surely choose to stay again in this hotel.

The mini fridge wasn't clean when we came in.and I told the reception also to have our room clean, she said she'll put it on schedule but it didnt happen. For us its not really a big deal. I Still love the hotel.

I checked out on January 25, 2025, at 12:25 AM, and the staff claimed there was a stain on the towel and asked for 300 pesos. When I said I only had 10 dollars, they suddenly mentioned there was also a stain on the bed and demanded 600 pesos, ultimately asking for the 10 dollars. This seems very suspicious. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

The place is clean. The architecture and interior is nice. The bed is big. The cabinet is spacious. The balcony is accessible.

The toilet won't flush. The bidet doesn't work. We had to fill the toilet water storage using the showerhead. The TV is just a regular TV, not a smart TV, so no youtube or netflix. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights however we didn't get to use the pool because it was always closed throughout our stay, except for one morning when foreigners arrived. It was then closed not too late. The site states it is open from 8am-9pm, however, the pool was already closed at 7 when we arrived from our activity. Best believe the pool was highlighted by the hotel, however, not offered to everyone staying there, especially the locals. Disappointing.

Close to shops and not far from the beaches.

One employee at the front desk should be more friendly ! The others were nice.

Rude employees, no complimentary coffee, breakfast not included and was not offered either, no phone to call for room service and internet is very slow to none.
