Great customer service

Only 2 pillows provided, bed was hard, hot water not consistent

Did not take breakfast because we always woke up late

It’s impracticable and difficult to call the Reception for help as there was no telephone facility. Similarly the provision of hot water facility was non existent as the facility was always either running out of water or unplugged from electricity supply. I think the provision of telephone facility to contact the Reception and hot water facility for making coffee or tea needs to be seriously considered and addressed

The food is cold. A reception did not told us that we should inform them if we want breakfast. I just found the dining area so I ask them if they have restaurant so they told us that they have. But they did not say I have to order in reception.and we wake up and went to the restaurant the staff told us that we should order and the breakfast is from 6 to 8am..its kinda chaotic no order.but the staff are very friendly us. Hopefully next time they should inform the guest and also the food should be atleast warm especially for western food it should be hot. Thanks
