This is the worst place i ever stayed. There was absolutely nothing in the apartment, no linen for one of the bedrooms, not enough towels no wash cloths. It was the bare minimum the pot are so old. There was so muc roaches in the room we couldn't turn off the lights in the nighttime they all swarm the apartment if we do. The first night of our stay the AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work, the next morning when we woke the AC in the living room flooded the place, when we went to the front desk we were told to contact our bookings agent. There is absolutely no contact or communication with management. I would not stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few days and I truly couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. My room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided—like the quality toiletries, coffee station, and fast Wi-Fi—really made a difference. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for restful nights. The location was perfect too, close to everything I needed, but still peaceful enough to feel like a retreat.Overall, this hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, service, and value. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location and the views were amazing

We loved almost everything hence 5 stars.The breathtaking views of the city and the bay. The spacious and upgraded condo, friendly staff throughout, nice pool that kids really loved, including all that was promised on the listing made our stay memorable. Just what we wanted, had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend and return for another stay. Thanks so much. Nonetheless, for our 6 night stay each person had 1 towel, no extra tissue as we ran out and unfortunately the reviews about roach infestation are true. Saw about 1 per day in kitchen area. Please address. Thanks again.

The vent to the main AC was stick, would not open or close. The wifi ahíto down. And the main issue was that the front door would not lock. I sent in three sepárate written requests and went to the front desk three times. Finally one man at the front desk scarcastically said ‘thats not my problema’. It took three days for someone to reply. Now that same AC vent again does not open or close and the washing machine door will not close rendering it useless

*** Heads-up *** Please do yourself a favor a find somewhere else to stay.

Very convenient stay in Panama. It could improve on the cleaning of the apartments´ floor as it was dusty. I was not able to walk without shoes, as my feet got dirty.

AMAZING location! No direct contact for any type of help. Our toilet stopped working and we tried to having someone help us for 2days. The location listed is also incorrect, so it was a challenge to find it when landing.
