Boutique Apartments Panama

This will be the last time ever staying at Boutique Apartments. They seem to never do any repairs or do updates maintenance. I stayed in 24B and also 11F before that. And I had stayed last year in a different apartment and all apartments are in average to poor condition. Things broken, blunt knives and nothing remotely in the apartments as per their listing on Expedia.

Stayed for 5 days with a friends. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the location made it easy to get around. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay—good Wi-Fi, a functional kitchen, and enough space to relax. Would book again.

I will rate this place 1 star because I was very disappointed. The room did not have any extra towels, bedsheets, or even cabbage bags, which I expected for a comfortable stay. The sink was dirty, and the couch had stains that made it hard to relax. Also, there were no cooking utensils available, which was frustrating since I planned to prepare some meals. The hotel's facilities were not well maintained. The pool was dirty and had cracked tiles, which made it look uninviting. In the bathroom, the cracked walls added to the feeling of neglect. Despite my five-day stay, there was no room service, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

Good apartment with nice view, nice equipment, even swimming pool on roof. Taxi drivers cannot find the place ( Av. 5a B Sur). Maybe a proper street name could help. Most taxis will refuse to drive you. It forces me to walk to the apartment and I do need the exercise. Just put a pin on your map to be able to find it. One big caveat: you will need to walk to the nearest Starbucks or McDonald if you really need internet. Internet is functioning about 10% of the time in the apartment and even then it will make you remember dial up speeds. If you REALLY need internet please save yourself the frustration.

Positives: Great apartment that is close to very many restaurants, easy walk to many supermarkets and 10-15 mins from shopping centers. The apartment is as pictured: very spacious with excellent views with clean linens Excellent pool, gym, lounge area on the top floor. Great reception from the security Cons Roaches were in the kitchen Internet was crappy TV didn’t work well and not much to watch or even connect to streaming sites. I would have loved to give them a 5 stars but these things need to be addressed. Despite these if the issues are resolved I would return.

I liked the location, parking space was good. But when I got there it was dusty, couch and hair needed maintenance. The knife was not cutting anything I bough another one and left it there.

Stayed with my family for a week. It was pretty good. Rooms was okay. Hot water works very well. The view is amazing of the city. Easily to get a yellow taxi or uber.. what i didn't like the television (netflix and YouTube) was in español. My family and i loved everything about the room. Thank you .Jamaica 💖
