"This is where you get what you pay for"

The pool of the villa was very nice. The lady who owned the villa was very attentive. They came every two days and did the cleaning. It is a place I would recommend if you are staying for a family.

The only problem with the place we stayed is that it is a little far away in terms of location, other than that there are no other problems.

"Good family time in the swimming pool"

The swimming pool is really nice. Good size, sufficiently deep, we spent a lot of time in it. The whole property was very clean. Kitchen was fitted with a lot of appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, air fryer, rice cooker, vitroceramic stove). The Barbecue was basic but perfect for our usage (we used it on a daily basis). Host was very nice and the check-in/check-out processes went smoothly. She provided us with linen, towels, charcoal, etc...

Nothing much but the villa interior would need a refresh to be perfect (paintings, parquet on the first floor). Also curtains above the bed in the Master bedroom are not blackout ones but this was not a big deal for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Firstly, the owner's warmth and accommodation made our experience truly special. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The house itself was clean and spacious, providing ample room to relax and work. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering everything we needed for cooking. On top of that, the swimming pool was a delightful bonus, perfect for refreshing dips. Lastly, the fast internet and functional Netflix on the TV added the finishing touch to a perfect stay.

"Spacious but strong plumbing smell in bedrooms."

Good-size swimming pool.

Strong plumbing smell in the master bedroom. Other areas on upper floor can smell it as well. The charge rate for electricity is ridiculously expensive - family of 6 adults and 2 kids paid extra 400 thb for 2-night stay.
