The house has everything you need for a family of 3 generations. We all really enjoyed the pool and spacious villa. The pool is amazing!

The garden could have been looked after better.

"We loved it a lot and we wish to be there still."

Privacy, big house, close to Pattaya center and also 7/11 was right in a corner. Pool was big and clean. Rooms were big and AC in every of them. Kitchen had everything we needed and washing machine was big plus (and the rack for clothes).

We loved it alot and the only negative thing was that we didn't know that you have to pay for electricity because the ad says free electricity. But it wasn’t a problem.

the property was so clean and well managed…. and the owner handle us with good manner…. worth of every money paid

if possible change the air cond location maybe near to your the bed in master bedroom… coz the room is too big and the placement of air cond doesn’t suit …. slightly feel hot ( only in master-bedroom)

The privacy of the property, also the pool was perfect for me and my friend we will be coming back very soon!.

one of the showers in the biggest bedroom didn’t work that well, constantly changing temperature got a little annoying but I got use to it.
