The smell from bathroom

Clean, good facilities, lift right beside accomodation,, quiet complex.

Happy with everything

Fully automated checkin, was smooth. Apartment was clean. Location is pretty good in terms of tourist points of interest, also Madrid's train station is a 10-minute walk from this place.

If you are unlucky to get an apartment that faces the street (I think it's the ones with the "balcony") you will get practically 24/7 noise coming from the nearby bars and restaurants. It was impossible to have a normal rest in this neigbourhood. I contacted customer support several times asking them to move me to another apartment. Even sent them videos of what's going on outside my windows at 2am. They responded pretty fast but couldn't help. Also since this is a mid-term rent with minimum 2 weeks stay, the apartment is not well equipped for that in my opinion.

Size and utilities/appliances

Location was not ideal

This new methodology of ownership without reception is quite a challenge when one is on vacation and the internet connection is limited, this is something that this type of properties must definitely improve.

I enjoyed having the kitchenette and the refrigerator was a good size if you wanted to place things in it. I enjoy using the coffee pot and toaster. There were adequate things to use if you wanted to cook and we did a couple of times because we were there for two weeks. We were able to sweep and mop the floor, wash the sheets, and clean the apartment before we left, leaving adequate supplies for the next people to enjoy.

The couch was not comfortable, No one in person to converse with about the light bulb burning out or instruction about washing machine. Some of the containers in the bathroom had very little liquids in them and the shower had to be positioned awkwardly to take a shower in order for the water not to flow out onto the floor..

Communication was a horror story. The apartment was great and the location was ok too, however they changed the location from the original reservation.
