Avilla Cave Hotel

When I checked in, my credit card was charged by the bank but the hotel didn’t receive the money. I requested to pay cash later coz I need to further check with my bank on the root reason and request return the money. The boss of the hotel Metin was very nice and friendly. He quickly arranged the accommodation for us so that my old parents could have a rest as soon as possible. Later on, when I paid the cash, Metin left his name card to me and told me “pls feel free to let me know if the credit card is still charged few days later. I will help you to contact my bank.” Thanks, Metin!

It has such a nice vibe! Colorful, clean and unique

Great location and a well cared for hotel. The Owner was very personable and went out of his way to make you feel welcome

Breakfast was too late at 8.30

Property owner and his family were very welcoming. They would go above and beyond to help their guests. The property owner also took the time and effort to greet all his guests during breakfast. It was also very near the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. The breakfast provided is also great! We managed to try such a wide assortment of Turkish food thanks to the breakfast spread.

La chambre était formidable. L’hospitalité de Metin est hors du commun. Un des meilleurs autres jamais rencontrés. Le déjeuner était excellent. L’accès à la terrasse pour le café du matin et accès au point de vue pour le coucher du soleil. Merveilleux conseils pour les attractions, les restaurants et les meilleurs adresses pour le magasinage.

The hotel was a short walk to the town centre & had fabulous views across the town- we could watch the balloons in the morning from our balcony . Metin, the manager was great in helping us & to organise our tours.
