DYSA Waterloo Apartments

This is the second time we have stayed in this property with a large family. The property was spacious and had everything we needed to stay as a family from a full set up kitchen to an iron and a travel cot. Only thing missing was a hoover to clean at the back of the kids. The location was convenient with stores just across the street. Close to local food places, pubs, beach and so much more. Can be doing with a bit more of a clean but is comfortable and cozy none the less. Customer service was excellent with quick responses and good over all communication. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

The acomadation needs a deep clean. There was seating for 4 people in a 10-person acomadation. The shower trap was so dirty that it started flooding , I had to clean it. The place was basically grubby.

I've stayed at this apartment before and it's clean and good size. It has everything that you need. Plenty of beds. Washing machine and cooker microwave. Shower and bath. Its close to the beach and shops and transport. There wasn't anything I didn't like. However this time. There was a few issues. I let the host know and they replied within an hour. It's nothing major. I would stay here again

Good value for money

I was disappointed about the cleanliness we stayed in the other apartment in 2023 and that was spotless but this was was not clean the floor in the kitchen and living room was ripped and some parts stuck down with tape also very bumpy, also the chairs around the table are not very safe they are wobbly . The pole off the blinds where on the floor so if the ild four people that stayed without us younger ones the would not have been able to open or close them. The shower head is all rusted and full if lime scale. We where very disappointed this time compared to the other one we stayed in thats why we booked it again.
