Close to sea front, was relatively quiet which was a suprise

Absolutely awful stay. Dirty bedding, broken furniture, unclean, walls damp or chipping paint, all upstairs lights buzz in use, toilet door doesn't close or lock, cleaning not up to standard considering you pay £100 cleaning fee, smelt strong of unpleasant odors, used the extractor fan in the kitchen which spat plaster all over the food we were cooking for breakfast. Emailed host a few times and got little to no replies.

The place was spacious and clean, plenty of beds. Close to lots of shops and cafés, short walk to the pleasure beach. The house was perfect for our use. Very clean and tidy.

Location was great.Staff on the phone were nice.Maintenance guys that came were nice.

Lots of pre existing damage,no holders in fridge door for milk,juice etc,oven door glass was detached from the door.damage to lighting fixtures,dining table,no welcome pack or house rules were received,had to chase up a code for side gate so I could empty the bins,all wardrobes and drawers in bedrooms were with taken up with spare linen or broken so had to keep our clothes in our cases,bath plug was an issue on first night but was resolved by the 2nd night.only two pans and a frying pan for an apartment for a family plus lots of damage to plates as most of them had chips in.Marks on walls where doors don't have door stoppers,damage on walls in every room. All of this with the backdrop of paying an upfront damage deposit of £100 when it's clearly not used for that purpose when it's kept.im half expecting that to happen but I have plenty more photos which I have time and date stamped when we arrived.

I am disgusted at the condition of the apartment we rented off you on the .. until the … and expect a full refund : You should have a welcome pack with the instructions in for the cooker ect : We were told by yourself that the apartment was suitable for 9 people but there was only 2 x 2 seater armchair and 4 dining chairs There was not enough quilts so we our family member had our coats over him and we had to buy a quilt the next morning for the pull out bed . :All! The cutlery was greasy as were the glasses. I do not go on holiday to have to clean anything I want to use! :The floors upstairs were very dirty. I told the children and my mother to make sure they put their shoes on to walk around up there as their feet were black after walking on the bedroom floor for a short time. :There was only one wardrobe upstairs and no bedside cabinets for phones and glasses ect . We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases . There was only one pillow and one cushion on each bed and no pillow for the pull out bed . . Worst of all was the bathroom. We could not work out what the smell was at first, it was an extremely dirty toilet brush
