Honestly it's was like a crack head den avoid at all costs

All of it was terrible

Location ok

Bathroom, kitchen nice Bedrooms - paint off the walls, wardrobe falling over not safe for kids.

There was plenty of space, heating was great and more beds than we thought.

The property was a little tired and needs a real deep clean marks all over walls and skirting boards. There was cobwebs and dust behind beds and bedroom furniture wasnt clean. Some mattresses where stained, and one had blood stains.

Modern, comfortable & close to activity’s

The flooring was ripped in the living/dining room and had duck tape holding it down.

Really central location.

Unclean. The stairs did not appear to have been hoovered. Glasses needed cleaned prior to use. Bedding was perhaps clean covers on but the pillows and duvets were well overdue being binned, no filling left and we felt uncomfortable sleeping in them. £100 cleaning fee yet toiletries left in the shower from previous occupants and food in the freezer. Had to request my £100 damage deposit back as it had not been received within the 10 working days as advised.
