Hot water for shower was not hot.

The room was cozy, smelled great and it was very clean. They took advantage of the cement finishes making the deco modern. I had access to a private yard with a huge tree and a hammock. The night sounds from the forest next to the property were incredible. The heated pool with jets helped me relax so much after driving around the island all day long. I will definitely return.

Great staff! great location walking distance to a beautiful beach and open air restaurants/bars, nice pool, secured parking, rooms are basic but nice, no hot water, rooms are not soundproof at all, and check in complicated but overall nice place to stay and good prices. Recommended!

We felt the security measures were a bit much. No instructions on the hot tub (not hot) to know how to use, but the controls were automatic. No signage in English for me to understand. Cold water in shower. The staff was nice .

There was no Hot Water , bed had yellowing sheet ! Air condition was off and room was hot and bad smell fridge was not connected so we can’t use it at the moment . A leave the stay tried to get a refund at least part of the amount and the just said there are policy . We didn’t have help with better conditions, didn’t give option just to leave and lost the money ! Bad costumer service the worst .

We chose this property for it's location and a very reasonable price. It was late in the day and we just needed a shower and bed. The property was quite secure. Since there is no desk staff, they buzz you in, you scan a QR code and fill out forms. Because we had booked through Expedia, we had to give credit card info over the phone for incidentals, which I never like to do. Then once they received our info, they provided the codes to front gate and 3 different doors. They did not tell us to hot the checkmark after code, so we tried to get in for several minutes before a guest helped us. Perhaps that information could be given in a text so that it is clear exactly what it is. Our biggest complaint was that there was no hot water. Upon calling we were told to let it run ... for up to 10 minutes!!!! Also that it is solar powered water heater, so since it had been cloudy, we may not get truly hot water. We did eventually get warm water, but whatever eco-friendly box is checked by using solar power is negated by flushing 10 minutes of water down the shower drain! A maintenance person came by in the morning (about 12 - 13 hrs later) to see if we got hot water. The room was generally clean. The floors are concrete and for some reason felt a bit sticky, but seemed to be clean.
