Best accomodation I had during my 1 month travel in Mexico. Service was great, owners are really helpful.

Common area, facilities and staff was lovely.

The only drawback is the rooms were smaller than the photos appear.

Comfortable bed, complementary ear plugs, free coffee, tea and water available downstairs which was super helpful as I was sick. Calm pool to relax by, netflix, Disney and Amazon prime. As I was sick and had a flight home to prepare for, this was the best comfortable stay to recover and get some rest.

I was confused by the entrance but they were super responsive and they send detailed instructions, just be sure to check your messages the morning you check in as it's all digital with codes

The staff was so delta s helpful.

Didn’t have an elevator

Very comfortable bed, there is a shared kitchen where you can drink coffee, tea and heat food.

Loved the staff. The owner has put her soul into keeping this place neat. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I love self check in hotels for anytime check-in. I suggest if you want bigger rooms book the ones with balcony. Their studio is on ground floor which is accessible. It’s good location for Playa De Carmen with 5th avenue and beaches in walking distance. Bed and bathroom were clean. Parking is on the road in front of the hotel. It’s not reserved. But was always available. There are restaurants, markets, ATMs around the hotel.

Everything was great! Couple of different pillow options would be nice in the room. From thicker ones to flat.

Room was clean and hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Pool was unusable and dirty. Street noise was quite loud.

The place was clean and had good toiletries, as well as AC and TV.

The apartment facing the street was loud at night.
