Excellent Stay!! Top notch service and José at the restaurant went over and beyond by customizing our coffees and always ready to help. The hotel location is wonderful and is five minutes from the main pier and several convenience stores and eating places within 2 block radius. Modern and spotless hotel, nice decor with an attentive staff made this a perfect accommodation. Highly recommended.

The team at our Hotel Índigo on San Cristobal Island routinely went out of their way to ensure an awesome experience! Special shout-outs to Erica, Emily, and Bruce at the front desk for arranging last-minute tours! And the food service team was equally accommodating; five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Great view from the room! Paula was especially attentive about our boxed breakfast! The staff were all very sweet and attentive. Breakfast was included for us and very delicious. Hotel Location was very nice - close to the shops and the pier

I had a wonderful stay at Indigo Hotel. It’s beautifully designed with a calm, peaceful atmosphere, complete with a meditation area, a gym, and an infinity pool overlooking sea lions in their natural habitat. Easily the best hotel in the San Cristóbal area. We had the mixed ceviche for dinner, which was delicious. I spent hours simply watching the sea lions as the sun set, then relaxed on a lounge chair with my book, surrounded by the sound of waves and a view of fishing boats and yachts drifting by. The boardwalk nearby was such a nice stroll,shaded by trees, lined with unique cacti, and with charming restaurants along the way. I grabbed a coffee at a fantastic spot called Ranti. The oceanfront room was spacious and beautifully set up, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. We had omelets made to order at the buffet, plus fresh local juices and plenty more to choose from. I wholeheartedly recommend Indigo Hotel. The service was great, and the location can’t be beat.

This the best hotel on the island hands down. The rest of the staff is top notch with the service and professionalism. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! The front desk clerk Emily J. is amazing ask for her if she’s not at the front desk.

Great buffet breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was terrific..which helps here! Great location 5 in walk to the pier. Room was large w a balcony. Had a massage at spa which was very good also. The sea lions can be seen from the balcony which i enjoyed!

In the island of St Cristobal Hotel Indigo is the cleanest, most modern, and has the best service. The restaurant at the location offers wonderful 5 star local cuisine that is very reasonably priced. Rooms are quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The place also has nice clean pool and a gym that is very proper. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone of my family or friends.

A new hotel with dreamy finishes. Erika is everything the IHG brand needs to be happy. She welcomes you with her smile, explains all the activities you can do, guides you, and shows you every corner of the island. Her reception team provided us with assistance the entire time. I remember the guy at dawn, always available, and Poli (I don't remember if that's the name of the receptionist) with her smile. I am very happy. It was luxurious service. They should be in every hotel I visit. I joked with Erika, who is the head of reception and works at every IHG hotel. It's a luxury to be able to receive you.
