Wonderful stay. Best option

Hello, we had been in the Hotel for 3 days to explore the Island of San Cristobal. The Hotel is excellent based and provides a stunning view to the bay with several sea lions. As well the breakfast buffet in the morning is excellent and can be very recommended. Unfortunately we were unlucky with our room where we had no warm shower option and service was not able and did not follow up on the issue.

A wonderful place! A fantastic way to experience the Galapagos. 5 nights of perfection. Erika at reception and Daniel and Jose were so helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about them. The rooms were so comfortable, the nicest mattresses and pillows on top of everything else! The food was always delicious The pool was warm, the view cannot be beat. The housekeepers work hard to keep everything fresh and clean. There are endless ways to experience the birds and animals. No need to cruise, stay at this hotel and relax

Great view of the little sea port with a lot of wild sea lions haunging around 24/7. Clean and modern room and nice cafe bar along the swimming pool.

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo. It is centrally located just off the Malecon, and it’s easy to get to the pier for tours from this location. The service was fantastic. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast was also really nice, with omelets made to order, fresh fruits, a variety of meats and cheeses, as well as pancakes or waffles, scrambled eggs, etc. the pool and hot tub are small but kept at very nice temperatures. We loved having a balcony to watch the sunset from our room.

Wonderful hotel on the water. New and very clean. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Only issues we had were operating the A/C unit in the room (probably user error) and the broken elevator (we were on the top floor). Yet every time we called about an issue, every staff member promptly attended to our needs. And the service elevator was always available when we got lazy or were tired from a long day.
