Very pretty colonial style, great breakfast and super attentive staff. It’s within walking distance of the beach although using the free bicycles is recommended. Night and food markets are close and so are tons of ATMs.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was super helpful. We liked being able to bike into town and be able to enjoy the peaceful area around the hotel.

Quaint little place, far from traffic

1. Please indicate that iron service is chargeable. 2. universal electric plug socket not available. Need to bring own converter. 3. Didn’t indicate type of meat at Breakfast counter. 4. lobby area no air cond (bad air circulation) 5. breakfast passion fruits' skin got mold

Walking distance to Hoi An centre. Bicycles available. Two of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is dirty ( lifts especially). It, seems to be managed on a low budget. The reception area was not welcoming, no flowers, nice aromas etc. Bags of clean laundry are left on the ground at reception, looks very untidy and lazy. Very basic breakfast. There were no chairs on the large patios.

very equipped and fancy room , an extraordinary value for money. very rich and complex breakfast. Very hospitable staff , eager to help . they offer towels and slippers for the beach . you can use their bikes for free.

The location

Rooms very nice,good shower,comfy bed,nice,smallish pool,. The best part of this hotel,the staff!,they were all lovely ,couldn’t have been more helpful made our stay delightful. Area wise this hotel was great for us,5 min drive to the beach area,8 min drive to the town,lovely cafe a 5 min walk away called sip hioian,good for coffee,kombucha and drinks etc.Much quieter area than in the town,we were very happy 😊

We would have liked an area downstairs for a drink in the evening.
