When we arrived Sarah on reception gave us a lot of useful advice and information in relation to safety, where to get clothes made and things to see

After breakfast there is no restaurant facilities or bar which we was expecting

"A good price offer in Hoi An"

The price is very correct for what you get: a comfortable room not far from the old town, ideal for a night or two.

We had reserved a pick-up shuttle from Da Nang airport and all was confirmed, but at arrival no one was there. We took a Grab and once they heard of the problem they immediately offered a compensation. Apart from that, our room was pretty warm and there were two dead bugs in the shower.
