"Superb"

Excellent location, shuttle service available between airport to hotel at the rate of 350k VND (cheaper than GRAB). From hotel you book Grab to the town @ rate between 30~60k VND (depending on the timing of travel). Attentive staff and excellent hospitality.

No convenienct store nearby.

Room was nice and cozy and also clean but also very noisy. Location was as expected a bit outside but okay. Breakfast is very asian, more like brunch but ends at 10. When i was there it was almost empty and cold already.

After booking i got message that they have no room and asked me to cancel. I did not, then they found one room. At my only roomservice they forgot to replace toilet paper and a towel. When i left they accused me i stole a towel and asked me to sign something. So i empty all my bags to show that i have no towel. Its a no go.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfortable, the breakfast buffet is rich with a lot of diversity, the staff has been very welcoming, warm and helpful. Also loved their in-house spa and the large choice of treatments, prices were also very reasonable.
