"Clean and comfy rooms"

Clean, comfy and quiet. Location wasn't bad at all. Half way between beach and town... so walkable to both within about 45 mins. Lots of grab drivers about so travel us easy anyway. Cafes and restaurants around as well. Staff were great..super helpful and spent time giving is a lot of useful information.

Breakfast could be improved in my opinion. Great that you can ask for omelette, but it would be really nice is the fruit selection was a bit more interesting, or perhaps to have some fresh bread rolls, instead of the cheap packaged sliced stuff. That's just me being fussy and also not eating meat whcih makes things a bit harder sometimes.

Perfectly fine and great value. Room was lovely and spacious. Hotel is a lovely design and looked very clean. However, breakfast (for me) was so poor I barely ate anything on the last two days of our 4 night stay. Food looked as if it came out and sat for days in a row. Staff also seemed preoccupied and were not very responsive to requests. Location is quite far out of the ancient town, it was fine with a taxi/ grab, but is a decent 30 min walk to the waterfront.

"Best place to stay in a new hotel in Hoi An"

Hotel was overall excellent. All the staffs were very friendly, kind and supportive. We had great breakfast with many food , The room is very new, super clean and nice .

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and night market. The room is spacious, clean and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast choices are good, especially the sweet yogurt. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Absolutely outstanding. One of the best hotels and service we have received. Amazing value for money Staff friendly and great. Very clean and great breakfast Location amazing between beach and old town. Easily walkable or use the hotels free bikes Loads of outstanding restaurants within five minutes Staff booked our bus to Nha Trang and also helped with everything. BRILLIANT
