free breakfast was so delicious, Pho noodle or egg with bread and fruits were provided , Very good location, not to far from center, big rooms, perfect service, nice pool , the staff so friendly , Henry is good one to welcome us . we will be back .

A little far from the old city. No bar or restaurant.

They accomodated us really quickly when we had to make a last minute change to accomodation. The room was smart, comfortable and clean and it was a nice view of the pool. Really quiet too. Good to borrow bikes for a short cycle to the beach

Breakfast had lots of choice but some of it was cold when it shouldn’t have been and juices didn’t really taste fresh and the omelettes were less tasty than we’d had. There was no bar which for a hotel this size was a surprise so adding this would be good.

Breakfast was limited to to local cuisine mostly and my family find it not suitable. Staff both at the Reception and the restaurant are generally very un-friendly and not helpful. When we asked for bottle water in the rooms they have to do multiple checks before giving us the water. We stayed in a double room and when asked for an extra key as our spouses wanted to go for SPA and the boys wanted to walk out for a drink - they simply told us to leave the key card at the reception as they can’t issue tie key cards. Not heard of this before in any hotels I have stayed. Thank God our hotel stay at Melia in Da Nang was pleasant otherwise my family will give a thumbs down as their impressions for hospitality in Vietnam.

The hotel is really good and exceptionally well on value for money given the quality of rooms and services. Location wise too it's somewhere in the middle, so that if you wan to visit An Bang Beach or Hoi an old town it's nearby The staff was really courtous and helpful. Special mention to Henry - Hotel manager, He for all the help during the stay as well as thanks to Lucia too for all the help

he room was very clean and comfortable. It is a very good location and close to all the restaurand , The staff were friendly and the pool is also nice to have , nice buffet breafast .

Architecture, interior design, price when I booked

The hotel needs a little more attention to detail in the public areas. Furniture not positioned properly, stainless steel panels in lifts not cleaned daily nor with the right chemicals. Pool furniture stacked at the walkway between lobby and restaurant. Restaurant cushions not tidied each day
