Sijainti oli ihanteellinen, näkymät parvekkeelta loistavat.Hyvät kulkuyhteydet julkisilla kaikkialle.Sisustus ja "Muumipapan kajuutta" olivat hauskat.Oma rauha.

First of all, upon arrival we noticed that the smell in the apartment was very unpleasant — stale and mouldy — and it was also extremely hot. When we tried to turn on the air conditioning, we noticed that the unit in the upstairs bedroom was not working, and the other two units were so old that they were unable to cool the apartment down. Upon entering the kitchen, we noticed that everything was sticky and disgusting — the light switch, the surfaces, and also that the fridge was not working. Even though the light inside was on, the fridge itself was warm, and the smell coming from it was absolutely awful. The kettle was broken as well, and there were no coffee or tea facilities provided, despite these being described in the advertisement. The upstairs air conditioning eventually started working after the owner mentioned that perhaps the fuse box needed resetting, so that finally helped. However, it was again blowing out unpleasant, mouldy-smelling air. The shower holder was broken, and when I tried to take a shower, I had to kneel in a tiny space. In the living room, the chairs were dusty and mouldy, the curtains were dirty and mouldy, and the sofa… At first, the sofa was covered with a blanket, but once uncovered it was again dirty and mouldy, with hair left behind from previous guests (possibly from last year) and visible stains. The terrace had not been cleaned either. There was an old chair and table, dirt everywhere, and bird droppings that clearly had not appeared overnight (despite being told that the terrace had supposedly been cleaned the previous day). Avoid at all costs!

tolles Appartment mit toller Terrasse und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Cagliari. Egal ob Bar, Restaurant oder Einkaufsläden...alles ist in der Nähe und sehr schnell erreichbar. Vorsicht : ohne Reservierungen kriegst du in der Hochsaison kaum Plätze in Restaurants. Selbst die Bastione de la Remy ist zu Fuß nur 14 min entfernt um genau im Zentrum der Stadt zu gelangen und weitere 10 Minuten um am Hafen zu kommen. Freie Parkmöglichkeiten (weiße Markierungen) sind gegeben und selbst wenn die alle belegt sind, kann man auf den kostenpflichtigen, blauen Markierungen parken und mit der easypark App seine Parkzeit einstellen. In Cagliari bezahlt man nur bis 20:00 Uhr. Sonst ist das Parken bis 08:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag frei und wird von der Easypark App nicht berücksichtigt. Die Kommunikation mit Christiana, der Eigentümerin war perfekt. Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Um die Eingangstür draußen zu öffnen, muss man die Tür komplett zu sich ziehen, damit der Schlüssel sich dreht. Habe 2 Tage gebraucht um das zu verstehen. :-) Die oberen Zimmer sind durch die steilen Treppen eher was für Kinder und Jugendliche oder Erwachsene die sehr schmal sind. Der Aufzug ist eher was für 2 Erwachsene mit einem Koffer oder max. 3 Jugendliche. Mit 3 Erwachsenen kann passieren, das der Aufzug stecken bleibt. Das haben uns Anwohner selbst erzählt.

Fijn appartement op een praktische locatie. Parkeren (betaald) voor de deur en op wandelafstand van het historische centrum. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad.

Er waren geen gordijnen tegen de zon in de woonkamer.

The Appartment is really cute. It has all that you need. Big fridge and good kitchen. The fiew is amazing 😍.the Big windows and Balkonys are a highlight! We spend the evenings a lot out the balkony. And only that point makes it worth to book this Appartment !

The furnitures are a bit old and the kitchen was a bit sticky.but it's not worse, it's just used. when the sun shines in the living and dinning room, it gets very hot. Even the AC didn't helped. Some curtains could help a lot.

Grand appartement avec une belle vue sur la ville . Il est facile de se garer proche de l’appartement.

Il faisait chaud à Cagliari à cette période et marcher sous le soleil était fatigant.
