La piscina y lo cómoda que era la habitación, bonita y con muchos amenities

Que un hotel de cuatro estrellas no ofrezca agua gratis en la habitación. Y que cobren 2,10€ por un agua. Debería ser obligatorio ofrecer agua gratis.

La ubicación y comodidad del hotel

Cuando después de llevar todo el día por Sevilla a casi 40 grados llegamos al hotel a las 14:15 y la habitación no la habían arreglado. No teníamos toallas limpias y la habitación se quedó sin hacer.
