The pools area and two restaurants. The beach is also nice.

Very limited number of beds and umbrellas available in pool area. The overall maintenance level of the apartment is low. The number of towels provided is not at all sufficient.

I loved the property itself, the grounds are beautiful, and the condo exceeded our expectations. There were 3 of us, and having our own beds was great! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The ACs worked well and the layout was spacious. I worked from the condo and the wifi was pretty good. The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the private pool and nature. The 2 restaurants offered good food, and the onsite store was nice as well.

The pool needs a step between the deck and the bottom of the pool. Also, just the distance to 5th ave costs $20 one way by taxi, so that can get expensive, but still would stay here again.

Quiet with great amenities. Secure facility

Die die Lange sehr ruhig und mit einer riesigen Pool Anlage, direkt am sehr ruhigen Beach gelegen. Zu Fuß ca. 2km ist die 5Av. Zu erreichen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und großzügig. Ausstattung korrekt. Der Beach-Club ist sehr gemütlich und die angebotenen Gerichte (wir hatten ein Frühstück) war sehr gut.

Kein persönlicher Service Personal vor Ort, Kommunikation nur über WhatsApp oder Booking. Der allgemeine schlechte Zustand aller Gebäude. Unsere Terrasse (721N) hatte noch Bauschutt auf dem Boden/Geländer und die Glasgeländer waren sehr schmutzig. Bei einzelnen Appartements fehlte das Dach oder Geländer, was nach einem Zerfall aussieht. In unserem zweiten Zimmer hatten wir 2x einen Wasserschaden und so konnten wir dieses Bad-ZImmer nicht benutzen.

Muy fácil acceder con las claves al piso, la persona que atiende al teléfono en caso de emergencia dudas es muy amable y responde ocn rapidez. El apartamento muy amplio, con una gran terrza y muy bien ubicado. Mobiliario moderno y bien cuidado, camas cómodas. Smart Tv.

Flataban utensilios de cocina, como más platos, sartenes que no se peguen y la nevera hacía mucho ruido

The property was was very clean and well maintained. I liked the location because it was away from the big resorts. The receptionist was always able to get us a taxi within 10 minutes to go downtown or where ever we wanted to go. The downtown was about 10-15 minute taxi ride. The beach was clean and the water was clean and easy to swim in.

I did not know before I arrived that there was a receptionist on property. I rented my condo from a third party but everything else is run by the resort. It is required to go through the receptionist for anything at the resort....transportation......beach chairs.....dinner reservations....spa services. Make sure you are in touch with the resort before you arrive or it is difficult to get reservations. I was never able to get a beach chair they were always reserved.
