Mareazul Beach Condos Playa Del Carmen

The property has access to a beautiful beach and a nice swimming pool area. The apartment is nice with with an open space concept for the kitchen and a lovely balcony. The restaurant has nice service and a good menu. The property is clean.

The service. We were paying 850 dollars per night which we associate with getting good service. The price of the apartment is better in lower season when the value for money makes sense. For this rate it is better to stay in other places. We had requests such as: a few more garbage bags. This is probably 1-2 dollars. Yet, they told us that they don’t provide them for us and we could go and get them as self service. We asked for a cleaning service is an extra 80 per day. Overpriced but we requested it for one day without a response. We never got it. Overall the managers - Paola, Jasmin are nice but not on top of customer service. We also had doubts on the concept of “villa” vs “apartment” we rented the villa but we got a third floor apartment. They told us the tow terms are interchangeable. I will recommend an apartment with sea view to whoever wants to stay here. It is cheaper than the villa and seems the same

The apartment was great, but we needed daytime blinds in bedroom 2. The complex was very pretty, but there were not enough umbrellas in the pool area

Hi, the Mareazul looks very nice and the pools and the beach are great. Also , Yasmin is very kind and truly tried to assist, Unfortunately some of the maintenance and service of the building and the apartment are low. Examples: 1. We mentioned the air conditioning in the master bedroom doesn't work and not cooling. Technician came but nothing was fixed on the entire stay. 2. The water flow in the bathrooms are very low. Every shower was very long and we cant use the 2 bathrooms in the same time. 3. The apartment is still in construction: you put 2 big signs in the middle of the apartment .. so why to put guests in this apartment. 4. We got stuck out of the building one night because the code panel didn't work. We had to call the security of the resort and to come in from one of the windows of the side of the building. Summary: the overall price is very high compared to the low maintenance of the apartment and building. We will grade the stay - 2 out of 5.

L’appartement est magnifique. Belle vue sur la mer. La plage est propre. La piscine du complexe impressionnante. Nous y sommes allés début décembre peu de monde dans les appartements très calme. La résidence est sécurisée. Le paradis !

Le bruit du frigo (surtout la nuit) La vue est sympa mais il y avait pas vraiment de vue sur mer (j’avais pris un appartement vue sur mer) Le jacuzzi marchait pas
