"Beautiful Hotel with Poor Customer Service"

This hotel is beautiful, very clean, and ideally located near Yale's medical campus. Unfortunately the staff are poorly trained, especially in professionalism and customer service.

I liked the location

I did not like that the staff in the restaurant do not ask if your stay comes with breakfast included and tried to charge me twice for breakfast which wasn't that good for the price. My room was also dirty, there was used bandages under the bed, the bed sheets were both stained on both beds! The bathroom make up removing rag was damp and musty when I arrived and the bathroom sink was slightly clogged. Definitely not worth $500 to me
