Absolutt ingen ring Jeg fikk ikke opp nøkkelboksen på døra, ringte utleier .som sendte opp en ung gutt Han åonet døra til en leilighet som var under renovering og fullstendig ubeboelig . Prøvde å ringe utleier gjentatte ganger men fikk ikke kontakt. Han ringte meg senere og sa at han måtte inn i leiligheten og at jeg måtte låse opp Jeg svarte, at jeg ikke kunne bo der og hadde lagt nøkkelen i postkassa. Da la han på, og der fortsatte han med de få gangene han tok telefonen når jeg ringte.Jeg kontaktet City Comfortable Apartment på email mange ganger, men det virket ikke helt som de forsto hva jeg sa bortsett frå beklage at jeg ikke var fornøyd. Jeg ba om å få pengene refundert men fikk avslag

Alt det som er beskrevet i firkanten over over. Det var kjempedårlig service på alle mulige måter. Tåpelig å late som de ikke forstår når man faktisk henvender seg til oppgitt kontaktperson . Da City Comfortable omsider skjønte at jeg var m isforhold spurte de Hvorfor kontaktet du ikke oss? Det hadde jeg jo prøvd hele tiden ???????

Pros: good location, convenience store in the building, good communication with regard to check-in and keys management. Cons: Amazingly dirty, lacks basic hygiene. The light in the kitchen was broken, the switch for ceiling light was also broken, the doors between dining and sleeping area are broken. Addressing any of these issues (we were only concerned about kitchen light as it made evening use impossible) was noted and then fully ignored by the property manager. TLDR: if you can't handle lack of hygiene, lighting, dishes, etc - avoid at all cost.

To be super transparent, I've never stayed in this apartment. Now, to explain this, I booked this apartment last minute. I went there with the code for the lock box. When I arrived, the lockbox was already opened and the key wasn't there. When I called the property, they told me to wait for the housekeeper. I waited for way longer than the check-in time. After a while, a random guy comes in and tells me he'll drive us to a different apartment than that one. When asked about the address, he couldn't give me one. I went down and waiting for us was another guy (which was super sketchy looking). I refused to get into the car and they went away. Booking was absolutely incredible dealing with this. I got my money back, but don't come here.

The only good thing about this apartment is the location.

When I arrived to check in - after 15pm - the apartment was still not cleaned from the previous guests. As the communication was on WhatsApp they didn't even bother to apologise. The bed is broken in half, the air-conditioning is too noisy, there was no warm water available to shower.

It was a big apartment

Awful stay - dirty apartment and no support The apartment was filthy on arrival (hair in the bathroom, dirty bed and dishes). I had to wait outside for over an hour for someone to clean it. Holidayzer.com has been unhelpful about my refund and kept delaying any resolution. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend booking with them.

Only good thing was location, yes it’s a dirty street with different races of people but it’s very close to beach and main walking street.

Everything was a disaster. This apartment needs to be renovated. Walls are dirty, doors are broken, beds are broken and not comfortable, it is VERY DIRTY.. The hot water doesn’t exist, wash machine is not working. The facilities weren’t provided, so we needed to call the host a few times so he brought us a few things but still not enough.. On the balkon there is a big tv box and big dirty carpet, you can use the balkon just for drying your clothes. Stay in this apartment only if you’re not going to use it more than sleep (in uncomfortable bed) and if this is the lowest price that you can find!
