Landing Tampa Westshore

“ POOR CLEANLINESS” The unit assigned to us smells like “pee” all over unit because of the living room sofa. This was probably due to the previous guest that occupied the space. The property manager Emily tried to resolve the problem by providing us a cleaning spray but unfortunately the foul odor cannot be resolve just by spraying chemicals. We just decided to place the sofa cushion inside the closet to control the awful smell. My observation to this place is they do not have a good cleaning system and crew. Even the beddings in the rooms are quite filthy. The manager offered a discounted rate for our next visit. We did not bother to get it as there’s no way we will come back to this place.

Incredible place! Wonderful getaway for a week. Be sure to bring your own mop if you are staying that long. My girlfriend and myself loved it there. Some downsides: 1) Ants coming through the bottom side gap of the patio door. Need to replace that door in this specific unit. 2) Living room area rug was dirty as heck (do not be barefoot). I recommend that it be shampooed or replaced. 3) They do not send cleaners/maids while customers are in there unless we pay a fee. They wait until we check-out to come in and clean at no additional cost. Thankful we were able to do laundry in the unit for towels, sheets, and clothes. Otherwise, this is a GREAT apt for days or week rentals. Would got there again!!! (Just not in this unit until they replace the patio door). 😁

Property was very clean and quiet. The amenities were great.

Seating was uncomfortable - not a huge detriment because you want to be out and about when on vacation, but noteworthy. The pool was very nice! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very good-sized. Drawers in the closet for smaller clothing items would be appreciated. Access to extra towels and a place to get more toiletries during a shorter stay.

We enjoyed everything about the property and the room. We wished we would have got three bedroom because it came with a garage. Parking was a little bit of an adventure but other than that we can't complain about anything on the grounds.

The Pointe in Tampa was an amazing stay! Tons of amenities, beautiful decor, secure, and all the neighbors were welcoming. They definitely accommodated our needs for the full week we stayed. I recommend Barsala! Great customer service.

Barsala is a beautiful place to stay if you are ever in Tampa Florida I definitely recommend it. The condo is well maintained, decorations are very nice if I say so myself (interior designer)kitchen fully equipped. Instructions were well received and easy to follow. Only suggestion I have that the towels could be upgraded and more left in the unit at least have a change of towels every other day. We ran into one issue our first morning we got up and saw a few ants on the kitchen island and in the sink, reported to the site manager Emily, she sent someone out to spray the next day. Didn’t see any more ants after they sprayed. Thank you Emily for taking care of the ants. Overall a very beautiful place and yes I recommend it!!!!!!

Everything was just wonderful! Service of the team; check in/out instructions were very clear; the pool/club house/amenities…my daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Upon visiting the area in the future, I will be staying here. I have already referred a resident of the property who plans on using Barsala for her out of town guests!!
